Q: Are your earrings waterproof? 

A: Our earrings are made with high-quality materials (gold filled, stainless steel, glaze, resin, etc.) which can withstand water exposure. However, we recommend  to avoid exposure to any liquids with chemical properties including sunscreen, perfume, body lotion and more to ensure their shine lasts as long as possible.

Q: Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

A: Most of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials (14k gold, brass, stainless steel, resin, glaze, etc), please check our product description and consult your medical professional if you have any concerns. For any hygiene concerns, we have included alcohol pads for each of our earrings for your convenient use. 

Q: How should I care for my earrings?

A: We recommend storing your earrings in a dry, safe place, away from moisture, chemicals and direct sunlight (for long periods) and to occasionally clean with a soft cloth.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over AU$75 for AU domestic shipping and AU$150 for international shipping.

Q: When will my products be shipped? 

A: It will be shipped within 1-2 business days if in stock.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. 

Q: Do you offer local pickup in Sydney?

A: Yes! Local pickup is available in Sydney CBD area over AU$75. If you wish to pick up your products locally, please send your request to
